We use the simplest ingredients in our brews: water, yeast, malt made from Maris Otter barley, and local hops from Little Lambswick Hop Farm, a few miles down the road in Lindridge, near Tenbury Wells.
Currently, we have four beers: Gold, Boiling Well, Best and the newly launched Black Knight.
4.2% ABV. Our first brew, this is a golden drink in the tradition of well-hopped ales. Pale hue, Maris Otter pale malt, Fuggles & Goldings hops. Dry elongated bitter aftertaste.
4.7% ABV. Our second brew. Uses Marris Otter pale malt, Fuggles & Goldings hops, but we add a bit of crystal malt, which provides a maltier flavour and a darker hue.
3.7% ABV. A copper coloured well balanced session beer. Again we use Maris Otter pale malt along with Fuggles & Goldings hops.
4.5% ABV. A ruby black stout with a slightly sweat, roasted, nutty flavour.
